As existing landlords with Rose & Jones, our clients were looking to add another long-term asset to their investment portfolio on the Gold Coast. Originally considering properties on their own, they decided to engage our Buyers Agency services to source and secure the right property. Within one month of engagement, we considered various location and property types before focusing on an oversized block in the coveted pocket of Burleigh Waters. The home was renovated and featured five full bedrooms, which we knew would appeal to the target tenant demographic, and the location offered amazing access to the beach and local amenity. Prior to auction we negotiated terms that allowed us to advertise and show prospective tenants immediately following the potential purchase, as to secure a strong tenant with minimal vacancy upon settlement in early 2024.
