Since co-founding Rose & Jones in 1998, Byron has led a team in the inspection of over 31,000 residential and commercial properties. With over 36 years of experience in residential and commercial property acquisition, leasing, and asset management, Byron offers a unique perspective covering all aspects of acquisition and management across residential, retail, commercial, and industrial property.
Co-Founder
Rachel co-founded Rose & Jones with Byron in 1998. She is an associate of the Real Estate Institute of NSW and has worked in the property industry for more than 20 years. She has a wealth of experience across all aspects of real estate, having worked in property development for four years as a development manager as well as in real estate sales, operations, trust account and as a senior property manager, managing a multitude of projects.
Licensee-in-Charge (QLD) & Buyers Agent
Director and Licensee in Charge of our QLD office, Oliver oversees and supports both the business’s Buyers Agency and Property Management. Approaching twelve years within the company, initially in Sydney before moving back to his hometown of the Gold Coast, he has directly acquired over $200 million worth of real estate on behalf of clients. He is one of the marketplace’s most experienced property buyer’s agents.

An accomplished professional, Ben brings a considered approach to his role as Head of Residential Management. Ben has a long background in Real Estate Sales and Investment. Here, he was known for his integrity and outstanding service. His refined negotiation skills and client focus also serve to meet the investment aspirations of our clients.
Operations Manager, E.A. to Director & Compliance Officer
Cloe Reid is the Operations Manager, Compliance Officer and Executive Assistant to the Managing Director for Rose & Jones Property Pty Ltd and Rose and Jones (QLD) Pty Ltd. With more than 20 years of experience across the property industry, Cloe brings extensive knowledge spanning Strata Management, Property Development, Property Management, Building Services, Sales and Business Operations. Her role encompasses Operations, Human Resources, Workplace Health & Safety, Information Technology, Compliance and Executive Support across both the NSW and QLD offices. With a strong focus on organisation, efficiency and stakeholder support, Cloe works closely with the wider team to ensure the business operates smoothly and continues to deliver an exceptional experience for clients and staff alike. Holding a Class 2 Real Estate Licence, Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) and Certificate IV in Property Services (Operations), Cloe brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to her role and is passionate about supporting the continued growth and success of the Rose & Jones team.

Kurt’s deep connection to the Southern Gold Coast, where he was raised, combined with his current life in Cabarita with his young family, forms the foundation of his expertise in the local property market. Drawing on his own experience as a property investor, along with a passion for beachside and rural living, Kurt takes a dynamic, hands-on approach with each client.

Sarsha Beckwith brings a strong foundation of real estate knowledge and vibrant energy to every client interaction. Jack Miller is a Buyers Associate and Commercial Leasing Agent within our team. A local who grew up in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, Jack combines strong community knowledge with a background in graphic design and marketing. Toby began his career at Rose & Jones in 2020, working on a casual basis while completing his Bachelor of Business at UTS, majoring in Accounting, which he completed in 2024. Having grown up around property, Toby developed a strong understanding of the industry from an early age. He has learnt a great deal from his father, Byron Rose, who brings over 35 years of experience to the field.

Georgia Zanarini is a experienced Senior Property Manager within our Property Management Team, with a wealth of experience gained since entering the industry in 2017. Over the years, Georgia has developed a strong background in Property Management, Commercial Sales & Leasing, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the diverse needs within the real estate sector.

Peggy is Rose & Jones' Trust Accounting Administrator & Asset Management Assistant, bringing more than 20 years of experience across real estate administration, property management and client support.
