After holidaying in the beautiful coastal township for the past decade, our clients decided it was time to buy a holiday home in Byron Bay.

Upon setting out, there was a clear shortage of available properties in a fiercely competitive market. These conditions made finding the right property from out of town a real challenge for them.

Determined not to compromise, they soon reached out to Rose  & Jones Queensland to help find the property they wanted.

Throughout the initial search, we uncovered and considered most of the pre market and off market opportunities in Byron Bay. This background is what ultimately gave our clients clarity on the sorts of properties that would best suit their needs.

We narrowed their search down to split level townhouses and apartments with usable outdoor space and multiple living areas.

With the clear brief in mind, we were then able to target only their ideal properties. Before long, we found a townhouse off-market in our client’s preferred complex, Seadrift.

The previous owners of this townhouse just happened to be in the process of moving at the time. So the timing was perfect.

We carried out extensive due diligence on the property and made them an offer with a cooling off period. This allowed time for our clients to fly into Byron Bay and view the property in person.

Our clients will now renovate the property to their taste and enjoy not needing to book holiday accommodation in Byron ever again!
