After initially enquiring with Rose & Jones in late 2018, our client required time to consider and understand their preferences around location and property type before engaging formally. Once they were ready to begin the process, we began showing and considering numerous properties across varying locations in the Eastern Suburbs and Inner West of Sydney. Our relationships with local selling agents ensured our client had access to both off market and pre market opportunities, giving her an advantage over the competition. When the right property became available via an auction campaign we carried out due diligence and were prepared to go to auction or potentially act sooner if required, and ultimately secured the property prior to auction well within our clients budget.
