The client was a first time property buyer looking for an investment apartment in the Eastern Suburbs who wanted to be really supported in her property journey being her first purchase. The requirements for the investment included the basics such as being close to shops, transport and other amenities. In the beginning, the budget was fluid and this search was very broad as she had never looked at property and was still in the process of refining exactly what it was that she wanted. Through nurturing her through this process and looking at various properties we firmed up the budgeted and narrowed the search to Art Deco apartments where the ceiling heights were high and room larger than many of the more modern buildings. After identifying the right property, which included being a well maintained building, being a top floor apartment, having a sunny north east aspect with district views and renovated with modern bathroom and kitchen as well as floating floors and shutters we successfully purchased the property prior to auction. Conveniently the apartment already had a tenanted fixed in place.
