Our interstate clients sought a holiday home for lifestyle usage over the short term, and to retire into later in life. We needed something withing walking distance of local amenity and the beach. Within a week of searching, we targeted an original townhouse in a tightly held complex close to the Nobby Beach retail precinct and future light rail station. The property was popular with buyers, and on the same day of the first inspection we entered a multiple offer scenario and were fortunate to secure the property. We are now assisting our clients with renovations prior to their use of the property.
