This long term client of Rose and Jones engaged us to purchase an apartment as investment for their superfund. We were to look for a property that would achieve good capital growth provide strong rental returns. As there is a small mortgage there were specific requirements on type of property (only strata title), size (over 50 sqm) and postcode. After an extensive search of properties off market, pre market and on market we secured this lovely, spacious one bedroom, one bathroom apartment with secure parking and uninterrupted views over Paddington. It is within easy walking distance of Kings Cross Station and all the wonderful eateries, bars and shops in Darlinghurst and Potts Point. The property is currently tenanted so there will be income from the date of settlement.
