I was originally employed to bid at auction on a property in Randwick prior to Christmas by this couple who were moving to Sydney with their young family for work.

We were unsuccessful at the initial auction when they realised they’d need more help with pricing and negotiating the purchase of a property in the current Sydney market.

We then entered into an Evaluate and Negotiate Agency Agreement. Here, the client selects up to three properties they’d like to buy – then I assess their potential, calculate where the property sits in the market, work out a buying strategy and proceed to purchase a property on their behalf.

We soon focused on securing this lovely Randwick apartment that suited all of their requirements. We put in an offer before the scheduled auction, and despite competing against another buyer, we were successful in purchasing this fantastic property.
