Sally sourced and secured two off market properties in two separate transactions however at the same time and part of the same development. After inspecting Lot 8 in the Nagurra Place development, Sally pressed the selling agent to see if there was an opportunity to secure any other lots within the development. Lot 5 became of interest and Sally kept in contact with the selling agent and advised we would have interest in several properties if we could get a 5.5% net return. We eventually came to an agreement and secured Lot 5 & Lot 8 at this level.
