This client is a young, very busy doctor who was buying her first property to live in. Because she works at different hospitals around Sydney, her main priority was having easy access to arterial roads.
As she’s generally short on time, living within proximity to her friends was equally important.
She wanted an apartment with a Northerly aspect and a good floorplan. It should also have 2 bedrooms and a garage – plus storage.
She originally had a broad search – stretching from Woollahra all the way down to Coogee. This included, Bellevue Hill, Bondi, Tamarama, Bronte and Randwick.
As the search progressed, we narrowed the parameters to only include top floor art deco apartments, reasoning that they have comfortably sized rooms, abundant natural light and are generally well-built. We soon found this wonderful, Ocean Street apartment which met her needs perfectly. To ensure the best outcome for the client, we negotiated on and secured this property before it went to auction.
