Our clients were looking to purchase an apartment in Sydney to use as abase while visiting their daughter and son from their permanent residence in Brisbane. The brief was to secure an apartment anywhere from Rose Bay to Coogee with good natural light and minimal stairs, access to the beach was high on the agenda and close proximity to shops was also a consideration. After three visits to Sydney and a number of on and off market opportunities were considered we were finally introduced to the property on Powell Road which we secured a few days after inspecting, off market and within budget. The ground floor position also presented us with direct access to outdoor space which was perfect, another bonus was that the kitchen and bathroom were renovated to a very high standard so there was nothing to do before moving in.
