As Office Administrator, otherwise known as our director of first impressions, Brooke manages day to day procedures for both our property management and buyers agency divisions, whilst offering unrivalled energy and enthusiasm when dealing with clients and contacts of the business. A background in retail services has developed Brooke’s attention to detail and customer service acumen, and her passion as a loving mother translates into a caring nature that is felt by colleagues and clients alike. Strong communication skills allow her to problem solve and manage daily tasks effectively and efficiently, providing world class service for our clients and ensuring anyone who makes contact with the business is well cared for.
