Our client is Hong Kong based returning at the end of 2020, they purchased the property within one week of engaging us. They inspected the property via facetime and from the videography we provided them. They wanted a family home that they could immediately move into but also capitalise on with renovations over time. To get onto Bronte Road North to rear sub $4.5 mill in a very liveable home Pre-Covid would have been almost impossible. Properties on Bronte Road sell in the high $4’s + normally as have all the recent transactions. They have now secured a home to add amenity to via renovation – which was preferred in the search and a bonus of the kids being able to walk to the beach without crossing the road was a plus as is the close proximity to local amenity being on the South side of Bronte Gully.
