Referred by a selling agent, our interstate clients sought an investment property to be utilised by their family and engaged Rose & Jones Queensland to assist with the process. After considering two properties that were eventually withdrawn from the market, we inspected an oversized three bedroom apartment in the Miami/Nobby Beach precinct and knew it was the one. We carried out due diligence and prepared for the scheduled auction, where we bid against one other party and secured the property under the hammer.
