Our Melbourne-based clients engaged our services to help source and secure their dream retirement apartment on the Gold Coast. The property needed to offer a functional floorplan for visiting family, strong views that couldn’t be built out by future developments, and great amenity within the block whilst being walking distance to the broadwater and local shopping facilities. Originally considering the Southern, coastal end of the Gold Coast – numerous inspections and tours of the local area ended in the brief changing, and the target area becoming the Northern end of the Gold Coast along the Broadwater. Once the right location was identified, we sourced an off market opportunity in the tightly held block; Leeward Tower. Within days of inspecting we placed the property under contract, and our clients can’t wait to make the move and call the Gold Coast home.
