These Sydney-based clients engaged our services to help relocate their young family into their new home on the Gold Coast. After successfully selling their current residence, time was working against them to secure and settle their next property in time for the 2023 school year. We firstly spent a few hours in the car, looking at different suburbs and property types as well as considering the local school catchment zones, before narrowing the search criteria down to a few key suburbs in the Southern Gold Coast.
