Clients were a very busy corporate couple who were looking to buy an investment property in their Superfund. There is a 3 year lease commencing in May 2019 with a 3 year option. Net return for the first year is $41,000 plus GST and the tenant pays all the outgoings. The rental review is 3.75% annually.  Purchasers are pleased with the solid investment of their Superfund.
