Hailing from the country with their children at local schools, our clients engaged us to help secure a suitable apartment in the renowned suburb of Main Beach. The unit needed to provide them a family friendly layout to enjoy when visiting, and be suitable for short term, holiday letting to generate investment income outside these times. We targeted several, specific blocks in the area before deciding on this oversized, three-bedroom unit in The Meriton apartment block. Situated moments from the famed Tedder Avenue and only a few minutes’ walk to the beach, this one ticked all the boxes.
