Property Manager
Cathy Al-Jawhar is a Property Manager within the Rose & Jones Asset Management team, bringing a strong combination of property management experience, customer service expertise and a genuine passion for helping people. Known for her calm and professional approach, Cathy is committed to providing exceptional service while building strong, lasting relationships with both landlords and tenants.
Holding a Bachelor of Business in Marketing, Sales and Advertising from Auckland University of Technology, with additional studies in Psychology and Economic Behaviour, Cathy combines strong commercial and customer-focused skills with practical real estate experience. Her background provides valuable insight into communication, negotiation and relationship management, all of which are essential to successful property management.
Prior to joining Rose & Jones, Cathy worked as a Property Manager with one of New Zealand's largest real estate agencies, managing a portfolio of more than 100 residential properties. During this time, she coordinated leasing campaigns, inspections, maintenance programs, contractor management and day-to-day client relationships while consistently delivering a high level of service. Her professionalism and commitment to excellence saw her recognised with both a Rising Star Award and a Customer Service Excellence Award.
Cathy is highly organised, solutions-focused and thrives in fast-paced environments. She is known for her ability to manage competing priorities, communicate effectively with stakeholders and remain calm under pressure while ensuring every property is professionally managed and every client feels supported.
