Cloe Reid is the Operations Manager, Compliance Officer and Executive Assistant to the Managing Director for Rose & Jones Property Pty Ltd and Rose and Jones (QLD) Pty Ltd. With more than 20 years of experience across the property industry, Cloe brings extensive knowledge spanning Strata Management, Property Development, Property Management, Building Services, Sales and Business Operations.
Her role encompasses Operations, Human Resources, Workplace Health & Safety, Information Technology, Compliance and Executive Support across both the NSW and QLD offices. With a strong focus on organisation, efficiency and stakeholder support, Cloe works closely with the wider team to ensure the business operates smoothly and continues to deliver an exceptional experience for clients and staff alike.
Holding a Class 2 Real Estate Licence, Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) and Certificate IV in Property Services (Operations), Cloe brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to her role and is passionate about supporting the continued growth and success of the Rose & Jones team.
