Operations Manager, Compliance Officer & E.A. to Managing Director
Cloe Reid is the Operations Manager and Compliance Officer for Rose & Jones, overseeing the operational, compliance and business support functions across the firm's New South Wales and Queensland offices.
With more than 20 years of experience across the property industry, Cloe brings extensive expertise spanning strata management, property development, property management, building services, sales administration and business operations. Throughout her career, she has developed a strong reputation for building efficient systems, supporting high-performing teams and implementing practical solutions that enable businesses to grow while maintaining strong governance and compliance standards.
At Rose & Jones, Cloe is responsible for a broad portfolio encompassing business operations, human resources, workplace health and safety, compliance, technology, process improvement, marketing coordination and executive support. Working closely with the Managing Director and leadership team, she plays a key role in ensuring the business operates efficiently, remains compliant with evolving regulatory requirements, and continues to deliver exceptional service to clients and team members alike.
Cloe has been instrumental in implementing and enhancing many of the systems, processes and operational frameworks that support the continued growth of Rose & Jones across both NSW and Queensland. Her expertise in compliance, risk management, business administration and organisational development enables the business to maintain the highest standards of professionalism and client care while remaining scalable and future-focused.
Known for her practical approach, attention to detail and ability to bring structure to complex environments, Cloe is passionate about continuous improvement and enjoys helping people, processes and technology work together to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Cloe holds a NSW Class 2 Real Estate Licence, Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) and Certificate IV in Property Services (Operations), together with qualifications in First Aid and CPR.
