Georgia Zanarini is a Senior Property Manager within the Rose & Jones Asset Management team, bringing extensive experience across residential property management, commercial sales and leasing, business development and client service. Since entering the real estate industry in 2017, she has built a reputation for delivering exceptional service, maintaining strong client relationships and achieving outstanding outcomes for property owners and tenants alike.
With experience spanning residential property management, commercial real estate and business development, Georgia offers a well-rounded understanding of the diverse needs of investors, landlords and occupiers. Her broad industry exposure allows her to provide practical advice, proactive asset management strategies and tailored solutions that help clients maximise the performance of their property investments.
Throughout her career, Georgia has successfully managed substantial property portfolios, overseeing all aspects of leasing, tenant and landlord relationships, maintenance coordination, arrears management, inspections, lease renewals and tribunal matters. Her highly organised and proactive approach ensures that every property under her care is managed professionally and efficiently.
Prior to joining Rose & Jones, Georgia gained valuable experience across a range of real estate disciplines, including commercial sales and leasing, business development and executive support within high-performing property businesses. This diverse background has strengthened her communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills, enabling her to confidently navigate complex situations and deliver positive outcomes for her clients.
Born into an internationally diverse background and fluent in Dutch, Italian and English, Georgia brings a strong appreciation for different cultures and communication styles.
