Peggy Penny-Richardson is Rose & Jones' Trust Accounting Administrator & Asset Management Assistant, bringing more than 20 years of experience across real estate administration, property management, sales support and client service. Known for her professionalism, reliability and attention to detail, Peggy plays an integral role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business while helping ensure a seamless experience for both clients and team members.
Prior to joining Rose & Jones, Peggy spent more than a decade with a leading Eastern Suburbs agency, where she provided executive-level support to high-performing sales agents while coordinating end-to-end property transactions, marketing campaigns and client communications. Throughout her career, she has developed extensive expertise in real estate administration, contract management, compliance, trust accounting and stakeholder coordination.
Peggy's broad industry experience also includes residential property management and trust accounting, providing her with a well-rounded understanding of the operational and financial requirements of a modern real estate business. Her ability to manage complex processes, maintain exceptional attention to detail and support multiple stakeholders simultaneously makes her a trusted resource for both colleagues and clients.
In her role at Rose & Jones, Peggy supports the Asset Management team, oversees trust accounting administration and assists with a wide range of operational and client-focused functions. Her strong organisational skills, proactive nature and commitment to excellence help ensure the business continues to operate efficiently and deliver outstanding service.
Holding a current NSW Class 2 Real Estate Licence and Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate), Peggy combines extensive industry knowledge with a warm, approachable manner and genuine commitment to supporting others. She is highly regarded for her reliability, professionalism and ability to build strong relationships, making her a valued member of the Rose & Jones team.
