Toby Rose is a Commercial Asset Manager at Rose & Jones, specialising in the management and optimisation of commercial property investments. Having commenced his career with Rose & Jones in 2020 while completing a Bachelor of Business at the University of Technology Sydney, Toby has developed a strong foundation in property management, asset management and commercial property operations. He graduated in 2024 with a major in Accounting, providing him with a strong understanding of financial analysis, investment performance and strategic decision-making.
Growing up in a property-focused environment, Toby developed an appreciation for the industry from an early age. Through both his formal education and hands-on involvement within the business, he has gained practical experience across a range of property sectors and developed a strong understanding of the factors that drive successful property ownership and investment outcomes.
In his role, Toby supports the management of commercial assets, assisting with leasing, tenant relationships, financial reporting, property performance analysis and day-to-day asset management activities. His analytical mindset, attention to detail and proactive approach help clients make informed decisions while ensuring properties are professionally managed and positioned for long-term success.
