The property had been on the market for 6 weeks and passed in on a vendor bid at auction. There were 2 other buyers interested. Offers had been received and one had been accepted – but they were having issues with finance.

My clients had been tossing up whether to put in an offer. They decided to go ahead mid-morning on Friday. We sent the contract to the lawyer and did our evaluation and we were able to put an offer in on a contract at 6 pm that evening – which was then accepted.
